Watson Commerce Center, Redlands totals 2.5 million square feet, and all four buildings achieved LEED® Gold Certification for New Construction. Located in Redlands, California, the 100-acre masterplanned center features energy-efficient Class-A industrial buildings and 3 out of the 4 buildings offer private parking lots and cross-dock warehouse distribution amenities. The elements throughout the office and mezzanine spaces display two-story glass windows spanning the entryways.

As the Inland Empire further develops into the industrial location of choice for many corporate companies and foremost logistics operations, the center is specifically designed to accommodate the needs of these businesses. The development is situated in the heart of a region dedicated to industrial use and is ideally positioned along Interstate 10.
