Watson Land Company Announces New Vice President of Marketing & Leasing
Los Angeles, California – Watson Land Company (Watson), a leader of masterplanned industrial real estate across the nation, announced the promotion of Michael Bodlovich. Bodlovich, an eighteen-year team member and recent Watson Director, Marketing & Leasing, was promoted to Vice President, Marketing & Leasing.
A veteran of the real estate industry, Bodlovich began his career in brokerage at Colliers International. As VP of Marketing & Leasing at Watson, he will oversee the creation, management, and implementation of marketing and leasing strategy and execution across Watson’s portfolio of over 22 million square feet of buildings.
“This promotion reflects Watson’s commitment to excellence,” said Jeffrey Jennison, President and CEO of Watson Land Company. “We have developed a respected team of individuals, and we understand the importance of recognizing them for their leadership. Mike represents Watson’s high standards, and this promotion is well-deserved.”
Bodlovich, a Cal State Long Beach graduate, has been an integral member of Watson’s leasing team for almost two decades, negotiating and securing leases and renewals on several million square feet within Watson’s portfolio of industrial buildings.
“I have always considered Watson’s values to be in alignment with my own. I firmly believe that you should treat others as you’d like to be treated, and you should strive to do the right thing. Watson approaches its relationships with both employees and its customers with this mindset, and so it is the perfect fit for me personally and professionally,” Bodlovich shared.
